Claims and Errors:
Claims and errors can be made
within 3-5 days of receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible
for filing any claims with the shipping company if a product package
arrives damaged. Professional Farrier Supply Inc. will assist with any
such claims if requested. In providing this assistance, Professional
Farrier Supply Inc. does not assume any responsibility.
Returns:
An
RMA number is a returned merchandise authorization number issued by
Professional Farrier Supply. All products returned must be accompanied
by an RMA number.
Goods must be returned within net 15 days. Returns
must be accompanied with original Professional Farrier Supply Inc.
receipt and original packaging. Restocking fees are applicable.
How to get an RMA number
Customer
must provide PFS with a copy of the original invoice and the reason for
return. Customer may call to request an RMA number at 1-519-940-4247 or 1-800-563-7862 or e-mail
info@profarriersupply.com.
Back Orders/Substitutions:
If
the item you want to order is not currently in stock Professional
Farrier Supply will contact you by phone or email. The item can be
substituted or back ordered upon your request. PFS will contact you when
the item has been received.
